STEP 1: PREPARE PREPARATIONS

The recipe we propose to you today is inspired by a blog with raw-vegan recipes, and was recently prepared in our kitchen. We liked it not only because it is a cheerful, colorful recipe, but especially because it is a raw recipe. This means that the ingredients are not cooked and therefore retain their vitamins and nutrients. The original recipe had 5 layers of cream, but we simplified it to only 3 layers. However, we are convinced that the taste remained as appreciated as that of the original recipe.
In addition, the recipe is vegan, which means that if you prepare it for the Resurrection evening, you will have a light dessert, which will not require your digestion in addition to the other recipes on the Easter menu. Our urge is not to exaggerate with the menu anyway, especially if you have fasted, so as not to stress your body and end up feeling bad. And if you go for organically certified foods and ingredients, your health will have even more to gain. It is prepared with turmeric, a natural food with antioxidant properties.
Because it is a raw cake, it will have to be kept cold. And because it is a dessert suitable for children, our advice is to take it out of the fridge in time.

They are easy to make and you only need three shades of food coloring: red, blue and yellow. By combining them together, you will get three more colors: green, orange and purple.
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 300 ml milk
- 350 ml of mineral water
- 250 g flour

- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

- 350 ml liquid cream
