Crush and dilute the fresh yeast in warm milk. Stir.
In the bowl of the food processor or in a deep bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Stir in the egg, add the vanilla and the soft butter cut into pieces. Stir.
Then gradually pour the milk with the yeast and mix / knead well until the dough comes off the walls of the bowl.

Degass the dough.
Roll out the work surface and spread the dough in a 5 mm thick sheet.

Put them on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Grease them with beaten egg yolk and mix with milk.
Decorate with sugar and chocolate pearls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm immediately. They are very good if they are served on the same day.
