It's my favorite black recipe. Very simple and delicious!
It's super good and nectarine-free, but if it's still lost in the fridge, I thought "why not ?!" And it deserved to be part of the recipe - the sweet and sour taste of nectarine goes perfectly with the sweetness and aroma of cocoa and rum. Especially with a cup of tea next to it !!!!!

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3-4 tablespoons cherry jam
- 3-4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 knife tip baking powder
- 2 dogs flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Delicious blackberry with cherry jam and nectarine:
I used the same cup for all the ingredients.
Mix the sugar with the water and oil. Add the cherry jam, cocoa, baking powder, flour and flavors (I usually use rum essence) and mix well. A thick and glossy composition is obtained.
Wallpaper a tray with baking paper.
Cut the nectarine into slices (thicker or thinner, as desired) and place on baking paper. Pour the composition on top and level.
Bake on medium heat for 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven).

You can use any kind of jam, but I personally like the aroma of cherry jam.

If you use a less sweet jam, you can increase the amount of sugar to a whole cup.
