We put in the pan of the bread machine all the ingredients in the order in which I wrote them. We set the bread machine to the 8 Dough program (coca) which lasts 1:30 h. After the coca is made, we take it out of the tub and cover it in a bowl with a little flour.
Beat eggs separately and mix with cheese. Add the vanilla sugar. We put the crust on the table and portion it. We spread a thin sheet and grease it with oil. We put the prepared cheese mixture. I was rolling the sheet. We make 4 rolls and place them 2 in a row, the other 2 rolls coming on top.
We placed the pie in the shape of Jena (cake shape). I also put baking paper because I couldn't take the pie from the table because the sheet was breaking, so I quickly transferred it to the baking paper.
On top I put 3 tablespoons of the pie composition plus 1 egg yolk mixed with 2 tablespoons of oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the pie in the oven. Set the clock to 45 minutes. I cut the pie like a cake and dusted it with vanilla powdered sugar.
